Brownie with cherries and curd cream
Very tasty chocolate dessert, slightly sour cherries, and delicate curd cream

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

To start prepare the ingredients. The secret of good taste is the choice of butter. It must necessarily be good quality. I used butter "Ecomilk", it meets all the requirements.

Chocolate and butter should be melted in a water bath. Add sugar, salt, cocoa, vanilla sugar. Stir until smooth. Then add eggs and flour, beat slightly. Add the cherries and mix well

Form for baking grease with butter, pour the mixture into the form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.

While brownies bake, prepare the cream. First soak gelatin in water. Use only boiled water.

Carefully wipe curd through a sieve to get rid of the grains. Spread grated cheese in a bowl and add 75g sugar. Stir. Capacity with gelatin put in a water bath, until it dissolves.

Whisk the cream with the remaining sugar until air consistency. A thin stream pour gelatin to the curd, whisk thoroughly. Now in small portions add to the cream cheese whipped cream, and mix well.
