Cooking
Gelatin to dissolve a small amount of boiled water (I used 2 tbsp). I have a container of gelatin usually put in a Cup of boiling water and waiting until the swell, stirring occasionally. It took me about 5 minutes. You can dissolve gelatin in any convenient way for You.
Coffee combine with sugar, add 0, 5 tbsp water and mix well. Adjust amount of sugar according to your taste. Can substitute honey, but then water no need to add, but simply to grind coffee with honey.
Proteins vzbit to hard peaks, adding a few drops of lemon juice.
Then, add the gelatin, coffee and sugar mixture and continue to beat another minute or two.
Now you can put the dessert in the bowl (I've got two) and refrigerate until firm (at least an hour). I was making a dessert in the evening and in the morning enjoyed its taste.
