Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    3 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Wash 3 peppers of different colors.

Well to coat them with oil, put in a sleeve for baking. Bake in the oven until cooked (mine took 40 minutes).

Remove from the oven. Allow to cool. Now need to clear the pepper from stem and seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in a container of olive oil and add to it a mixture of Provencal herbs (don't put too much, otherwise it will disturb the harmony of the dish. Spices should only slightly to complement the taste of cheese and pepper).

Cut the pepper strips and feta cheese - cubes. Turn and fill with oil and spices. Bon appetit!
