Vegetables and mushrooms (zucchini in the recipe is not included)

Mushrooms best buy is not disclosed, but a white film. Wipe clean with a damp cloth from the earth (to wash the mushrooms are not necessary, because they will absorb moisture and will boil, not roast). Clear from films and cut.
