Eggplant stuffed with mushrooms
In heat no appetite. Today's dinner I decided to cook easy. It was very tasty and satisfying. Mushrooms may well have replaced the meat.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    10 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Chili

  • Curry

  • Basil

  • Corn

  • Pepper

  • Parsley

Mushrooms best buy is not disclosed, but a white film. Wipe clean with a damp cloth from the earth (to wash the mushrooms are not necessary, because they will absorb moisture and will boil, not roast). Clear from films and cut.
