Baguette with grilled tomatoes and mushrooms
Tasty bread with a crispy crust and spicy filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

    2 g

  • Basil

    1 g

Do infuse. Yeast, sugar, 1H.l. flour is mixed with warm water. Cover with a cloth and leave for 20 minutes until a foam cap.
