Muffins with whole tangerines
Want cupcakes with a surprise inside? Imagine you take a bite of the cupcake and inside was... a nice acidity from the fragrant Mandarin! I think no one will refuse such cakes for the New year!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • White chocolate

    80 g

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    8 g

  • Mandarin

Whisk the eggs with a whisk with salt and sugar until whitening

For cupcakes I used here are small tangerines. Their diameter is no more than a teaspoon. The weight of a tangerine - about 20-25 g. I used them whole in the peel. I like tart, slightly bitter flavor of tangerine peel. If You are a fan of this flavor - mandarins can be cleaned.

Spread the dough in molds for cupcakes, in the center of each cupcake, place a Mandarin

Place the molds with the dough in heated to 180 °C oven. Bake until tender, about 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Readiness define, stabbing the cupcakes with a toothpick (it should come out dry)
