Description

A salad of peppers Asian style
Highly recommend to try this salad, which can be used as a side dish or as a snack. It's rather sharp, piquant, tart! For pickled vegetables, in principle, calmly, but this recipe really appealed to me!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    20 ml

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pepper remove seeds and cut into thin slices.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Boil water, add salt, stir well and pour pepper (literally a minute). Drain the water.

Mix the soy sauce, cooled boiled oil and vinegar, mix well.

To the pepper add the onion and garlic, season with sauce. Sprinkle roasted on a dry pan sesame seeds and stir. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
