Filler pie with cabbage and mushrooms
Incredibly delicious pie that is very simple to cook.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cumin

    1 pinch

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Seasoning

    0.5 pack

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Shikuyut cabbage, mushrooms and cut into slices.

In a pan heat the oil. Mushrooms, fry until slightly Golden. Then add the cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add 1/2 packs of refills Maggi, stir and cook another couple of minutes. Turn off and allow to cool.

Grind onions and add to the cooled filling. season with salt and pepper.

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Sift.

Eggs, beat with a pinch of salt until foamy.

Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and owl whisk.

Add flour and whisk until smooth.

Form grease with vegetable oil. Pour 1/2 of the dough. Spread the filling.

Pour rest of batter and sprinkle with cumin.

Bake pie in oven at 200 C for 30-40 minutes. To give a little to cool in pan then remove.
