Description
Warm vegetable salad with mushrooms. Very tasty and juicy. Not heavy but filling. It can serve as a side dish or a separate dish. Help yourself!

Cooking
Shred cabbage into strips, the olives cut into rings.
Onion cut into semi rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
With mushrooms drain off any excess liquid and add to the onions. Pour soy sauce and fry the mushrooms with the onions.
Sauteed mushrooms with onions to add to the salad. Tuck in a little vegetable oil and if necessary add salt and pepper.
Toss the salad and serve warm. Although in the cold it is very tasty!
