Cooking
For the strawberry syrup I shredded strawberries in a blender, added a little boiling water to make a syrup and strained through a sieve. In a pan pour 250 ml of strawberry syrup and add sugar to taste. Since we love dessert, I took 5 tbsp of sugar.
Add agar, stir and bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes. Instead of agar add dissolved gelatin, don't boil, just heat until dissolved gelatin.
Pour into molds and allow to solidify.
Prepare the sponge cake. Chilled proteins vzbit in a solid foam, then gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar, whisking each time, until stiff meringue.
One by one add the egg yolks.
Carefully enter the flour with cocoa and slowly mix with a whisk in one direction until smooth.
Pour the dough in greased with vegetable oil form. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Remove from the mold, allow to cool. Cut into 2 Korzh.
A glass of suitable size molds with jelly, cut circles of biscuit.
In molds of jelly to put halved strawberries.
And pour on top of prepared custard: grind the Yolks with sugar, add 100 ml of milk and the sifted flour. Mix well and pour rest of the milk. Stir until smooth. Separately soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon cold water. Formula milk put on medium heat and stirring constantly, bring to thickening. Remove from heat and in hot cream add the swollen gelatin, stir until full dissolution of gelatin. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Top cover with slices of sponge cake and put in refrigerator until fully cured in 4-5 hours.
Carefully remove from the molds. With gelatin everything comes easy, but with agar jelly softer and therefore I was taken out separately from the cupcake, and then just laid on top.
And you can get the delicious cake...
And you can just without the jelly, too beautiful and very tasty...
