Tiramisu in Hungarian
Somloi dumpling. Dear friends, this dessert I want to give my very good friend, Svetlana (KIS-KISS)! It is very original and interesting, and because I want to give her no less than the original gift! Come and You dear Cooks? Will be served!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Rum

    25 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

Yolks 3 eggs separated from the whites.

Prepare cocoa powder and nuts hazelnuts (optional you can use any other according to your taste).

Add the yolks to 3 STL. cane sugar, and well triturated mass.

Add 3 tbsp flour and baking powder. Again mix well.

Protein whisk until stable peak.

Gently combine with the yolk mass and mix method of folding from the edges to the middle silicone spatula.

Share mass into two equal portions: in the first add the chopped nuts.

The second part is mixed with cocoa powder.

Both put mass on baking paper and sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden torch.

Ready-made biscuits cut into squares and completely cool.

Prepare the cream. For this we need 2 egg yolks, 3 tbsp of cane sugar and the sachet of vanilla sugar. All good grind.

Add 2 tbsp flour and again mix well to avoid lumps. Pour the warm milk and put on a slow fire. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.

In a slightly cooled mass, add the butter and rum (optional) and mix well. Cover the cream with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
