Cooking
Take rice 100 grams.
Rice is boiled until tender, put in a sieve.
Spread the rice on a dry towel and allow it to dry for 25 minutes.
Whisk the eggs to whitening, add the cinnamon, sugar, a little flour. Re-whisk.
Add the remaining flour and whisk until smooth. In the resulting dough add the rice, gently knead together. Give the dough stand for 15 minutes.
