For making this casserole I used flakes of TM Mistral
Mushrooms I have cooked and frozen, so I thawed them first. Onion cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes. Since my mushrooms were big, I sauteed onion-mushroom mixture shredded in a blender for just a few seconds.
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater. A good squeeze. Add the cheese, eggs, onion-mushroom mixture, salt, pepper and flakes. Mix thoroughly.
Then there are 2 options - bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. But since the heat is + 36 from this question could not be - I used a slow cooker. The mode "Pastries" 50 minutes. Very tasty with sour cream! All a pleasant appetite!
