Warm salad with liver

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Arugula

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

To prepare this salad you can take as beef and chicken liver. Remove from the liver of the film, dry it with a paper towel, it is easier to work with frozen product. Cut beef liver strips. If the liver of the chicken, then cut the slices in half. Mushrooms wash, dry and cut into plates.

In a pan pour oil and fry the liver for 1 minute until it will turn brown, stirring occasionally.
