Description
For many, the potatoes and mushrooms is one of my favourite flavour combinations. My family loves this cake here. Everything seems to be very simple, but delicious!!! Very tasty hot! Try! ( P. S. this is my 250th recipe on the website.)

Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a Cup of sifted flour. Add salt, sugar and butter.
Use a fork to grind the ingredients into crumbs.
In a Cup of the egg. Add the vegetable oil and milk. Whisk.
In a Cup to the dough-crumbs, add the egg mixture.
Knead the dough. Put in plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Put sliced onions and mushrooms (I used boiled and then frozen mushrooms from its own reserves). Fry for 10 minutes. Salt.
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain off the water. In a pot to boiled potatoes put 50 gr. butter. Mash.
Add the warmed milk. Do mashed potatoes. Cool.
Take out of the fridge the dough. Roll out in the form of cakes. ( I rolled on a sheet of parchment.) Spread on a baking sheet.
On the dough spread half of the prepared mashed potatoes. Evenly distributed, not reaching the edges of 2-3 cm.
On top of the mashed potatoes put fried with onions mushrooms.
Spread mushrooms over the second half of the mashed potatoes. Evenly distributed.
Raise edge slightly samipya.
Grease the pie with milk. Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, focusing on your oven.
Baked cake grease with butter (30 gr.) and sprinkle with chopped greens.
