I hasten to share the recipe of beautiful and flavorful cake! Very tasty, colorful and memorable with a touch of spice!!!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Black tea

    300 ml

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Cognac

    75 ml

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cherries and raisins wash, pour boiling water for 30 minutes.

Drain the water. Pour warm tea. Add rum, sugar and leave for 30 minutes.

Flour mixed with baking powder. Add salt, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, and orange zest. Mix well.

Add to mixture with raisins and cherries. Mix well.

Beat eggs, add to the mixture, mix well.

Form grease with oil and put the dough. Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees for 45 minutes (time control on your oven).
