Apple pie in a skillet
I can not share this recipe! Though virtually no photo, but there is a reason! The steps are not photographed, because I never thought that I would make such a delicious pie. Yes there is, honestly, and photograph there is nothing, a child could do it. Especially nice that you can make this cake without an oven - i.e., even outside the city, in the country, in a student hostel or somewhere in the long trip in minutes, you can treat yourself to this very homely and airy cake.   • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.75 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Wash and peel the apples, cut them wide slices

Whisk the eggs with the sugar, put spices, soda, flour. Last add sour cream. Wide oiled and heated pan ( I have a large, diameter 30 cm) put the apples on top of the thick dough. Cover with a lid and on low heat bake the cake for about 10-15 minutes. Check from time to time, lift the edge. You will see that quite flushed, and grabbed the top - can be flipped and again under the cover of the food processor pie until cooked - another 10 minutes.
