Egg rolls in tomato sauce
This snack this summer has cooked several times at the request of the workers, so to speak.. So we all fell in love. And the Breakfast is wonderful on a hot day. And on the festive table was prepared. Just pour the omelet with the sauce needed just before serving. Although once two hours the dish was waiting for my supply in the fridge. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

  • Paprika sweet

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Tomatoes cut in half. Grate on a grater, skins discarded.

Tomato puree and pour into the skillet (or saucepan), add the soy sauce, crushed garlic clove.

Add Bay leaf, ground paprika, freshly ground black pepper.

Add any favorite spices. In this case, the umbrella dill. Bring to boil, cook 5 minutes. Taste to adjust sugar, salt, if necessary.
