Parfait with kiwi c almonds

Prepare products

Kiwi clean, grind in a blender or RUB through a strainer.

Squeeze the juice from the orange

Blend until education sturdy foam egg yolks, fructose, and 3 tablespoons of hot water.

In a mixture of kiwi, add maple syrup (impossible to find I replaced with honey), fresh orange juice and eggs. Well whisk.

Well the cream and whisk together with sour cream and jogurtom mix with a lot of kiwi.

Pour the mass into a rectangular shape and set overnight in the freezer.

To get a parfait from cold (if the form is not silicone) and quickly dip the form in hot water. Flip onto a plate and slice.

Decorate with halves of almonds and slices of kiwi.
