Young cabbage in a light sauce
Will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • The broth

    100 ml

  • Roots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Dill

Cooking

Cabbage wash and cut in half.

Boil it in salted water with a Bay leaf for 5 minutes.

Drain in a colander.

On a dry pan dry flour.

Add cabbage broth, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Now add the cream.

Chopped parsley root.

And chopped greens.

Simmer until tender homogeneous mass.

Form grease with oil, cabbage, cut into 6 pieces so that the leaves held onto the stalk and put them in that way.

Cover with the sauce and put in oven to bake for 5-10 minutes.
