Cooking
Fish cut into small pieces. Salt, pepper, add spices and leave for 30 minutes.
Prepare a batter. Beat eggs with salt. Add the milk, mix well. Add the flour, mix well.

Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil heated from both sides, until Golden brown (I roasted for 3-5 minutes each side). I advise you to fry small portions, so that the pieces will not stick to each other.
