Salad with seaweed and mushrooms
Vitamin salad and very tasty. Useful for all in the period of spring avitaminosis.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Seaweed slice, if too long, to not reach for a fork. Put in a salad bowl

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. I have a large pepper, so I used a quarter.

Tomatoes also cut into small cubes.

With mushrooms drain the marinade, lightly rinse in cold water.

Finely chopped herbs.

For dressing mix the soy sauce "Kikkoman" with butter (I used homemade fragrant, you can take your favorite) and mustard. Refueling is small, but the salad is not dry. Salt is optional, I'm not salted enough and soy sauce.
