Cooking

step-0
Chop the onion half rings, put on a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil, add 5 grams of butter, season with salt and pepper and fry until transparent state. Onion put in bowl of blender.
step-1
In the pan put the liver, 15 g butter, salt, pepper and simmer until tender liver. Crispy crust in the recipe is not required. Will not overdo it on the fire. Once inside liver is without blood, turn off the fire. The liver cool slightly and add to the bowl of the blender to the onions.

Grind in a coffee grinder, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, a mixture of peppers, cardamom and cinnamon.
step-3
In a blender mix the liver, onion, remainder of butter, wine and spices to a paste. It watery. Don't worry 3 hours in the fridge and all will be as it should. Olives cut into slices and mix them with pate. Pate to remove in the cold for 3 hours.
step-4
Well, here is our Breakfast! A piece of homemade bread generously spread with pate. If there is a pinch of pickled onions and finely chopped green onions would be very helpful. A Cup of boiled coffee. And life morning becomes meaningful and enjoyable! All a pleasant appetite!
