Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into strips.
For the marinade, mix the vinegar,soy sauce,maple syrup.
Pour fillet marinade,cover and leave overnight in the fridge.
Marinated meat skewered on wooden sticks.On the pan pour 1-2 cups of water,on the edges put the "skewers" of meat. Put to prepare in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Fry the flour until Golden brown in a pan,stirring constantly.
Add 2 tablespoons of water.Stir to avoid lumps,
Then add the remaining marinade.Give a boil and switch off.The sauce is ready.
Take out of oven ready "kebabs".Spread on a plate,serve with sauce and favorite side dish. Bon appetit!!!
