Puff salad with double chicken
Just say, dear cooks that this is not a new dish, a variation on the theme... This is my CATIE variation of this salad, but it is my third time doing, and yet she's the best, everyone loves. Decided to share with you, suddenly someone come in handy..

Why double chicken? Because chicken meat finely cut and divided into 2 parts. One part is mixed with soy and onion sauce.

And the second part with mayonnaise and horseradish. Get two chickens with very rich tastes. Onion sauce from Kikkoman I really loved! Suggest!

Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil. I had the mushrooms, and so as to satiate the taste I was sprinkled them in the process of cooking seasoning, white mushrooms, herbs and salt (very good seasoning!)
