Meat salad with eggplant and goat cheese
To prepare this salad I was inspired by a favorite Gordon Ramsay with his new book "Healthy eating". This amazing man is not only a great chef and businessman, but also an athlete who regularly participates in sports. He likes to say that his secret is a delicious and proper diet. Such as this salad.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Goat cheese

    80 g

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Chili

    5 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Whiskey

    40 ml

  • Soy sauce

    20 ml

  • Sauce

    40 ml

  • Thyme

    10 g

Cooking

Eggplant washed and cut into thin circles. Pour ice water and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Beef (very important to take the soft part - the fillet or flesh) cut into thin slices.

For the meat marinade, we need Kikkoman soy sauce, whiskey, garlic, thyme and chilli

In a deep bowl, pour soy sauce, whiskey, add the chopped garlic, chilli and thyme. Stir and put the meat in the sauce.

Heat a griddle pan, add a little olive oil and fry eggplant on both sides.

If You don't have a wok pan, you can cook in a normal pan, adding a little olive oil. If you are cooking in a wok, add the warm pan sauce Kikkoman for the SAI.

Put in a pan the washed mushrooms, cut into 4 pieces. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the cooked mushrooms and instead add the meat together with the marinade. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the meat is tender.

A couple of strokes cut in half the cherry tomatoes and goat cheese slices.

Lay out all the food in the plate, for the filling I used a Salad Kikkoman sauce with onions, which was perfect for this salad.
