Cooking
We will need flour, margarine, milk, yeast, salt, sugar, cheese and egg for lubrication.
Sift the flour, pour in a bowl. Add margarine and chop it with flour with a knife until fine crumbs.
Mix the yeast with sugar and milk. Add salt. Milk can be warmed up a little.
Pour the mixture into the flour with margarine and quickly knead the dough. It should be soft, easy to stretch, not stick to hands.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured table to a thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm.
Cut the dough into rectangles about 6x8 cm
Spread on each rectangle grated cheese.
And turn the rectangles into tubes.
Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment, seam side down. And leave them to come for 20-30 minutes. Preferably the pan cover with a clean towel.
After proofing our rolls should look like this. Grease them with egg and put in a well preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depends on oven). Rolls should be brown and acquire a beautiful Golden hue.
Take out from the oven, spread on a dish and keep yourself in hand, because after the first rolls just stop to notice how much has been eaten...:). Bon appetit!
