Butter curls, sugar and nuts
This is one of my favorite recipes baking. Caramelized curls, and with the nuts just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    135 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

In warm milk add sugar and yeast, stir to dissolve the yeast. I sprinkle the mixture with flour and put on 15 minutes in a warm place until the flour will not crack. Whisk eggs with salt, add the vegetable oil. Combine the yeast mixture with the egg mixture.

Add the flour through a sieve and knead the dough. If the dough will be very sticky, you can add 2 tbsp of flour, but no more. I dough cover with a damp towel and put to rest in the oven for 1 hour. The oven pre-heated to 30* and cut off.

Nuts grind, not very finely, and combine with sugar.

Coming up take the dough and divide into small balls.

From a ball with your hands doing the flagellum, which roll out into a long cake.

Pellet immersed in water at room temperature.

Crumble the sugar-nut mixture on both sides.

Screwdiver the edges of the pellet in opposite directions...

...and put on a baking sheet, be sure with a parchment (to prevent sugar from sticking to the pan, but remained on the products).

Bake 25-30 min. at 200*.
