The mackerel pate and salmon ROE
Very tasty pate. Serve it in small glasses with bread sticks.

Ingredients

  • Fish ROE

    300 g

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Cumin

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Milt thawed, rinsed under cold water, drain off the water.

Boil in water with Bay leaf for about 10 minutes, drain in a colander, cool.

Mackerel spicy salted to cut into fillets.

Mackerel fillets, steamed milk and creamy cheese to turn into a paste in a blender. To taste season with pepper and if necessary salt.

Yeast dough roll out the layer, cut into strips, roll of flagella, sprinkle with cumin and bake in the oven.

Ready pie using a pastry bag to isolate in small glasses, serve with bread sticks. Very convenient bread sticks to scoop the pate and drink a liqueur glass-another nice drink!
