Description

Pumpkin, baked with a ginger-soy sauce
Delicious, warm and savory snacks. Good post and not only.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Spices

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Pumpkin wash, peel, cut into slices and place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.

In the water squeeze the juice from half of a lemon, add sugar, stir. Pour the pumpkin to prisolit and pepper. Cover with foil and place in oven bake at 200C for 20 minutes.

For the sauce ginger, grated, add the mustard, sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.

Pumpkin remove from oven, remove foil, and slices of pumpkin to grease sauce. Return to the oven, without the foil, bake another 20 min.

Cooked pumpkin out onto a plate, pour the remaining in the form of sauce, sprinkle with herbs. Serve warm.
