Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Pre-bake in the oven at 200 deg eggplant (30-40 min.) and pepper (20-30 min.). Peeled tomatoes and finely chop.

As the vegetables are browned, remove the peel and finely chop too.

Cut onion, fry it in oil, add tomatoes and leave to stew for 10 minutes.
