Today I want to offer you the recipe of the national Tatar dishes. In the recipe ASE includes fairly simple and inexpensive components. As for me, ABC is much better roasts, stews, or vegetables stewed in a sauce. Probably due to the pickled cucumbers, the taste is very advantageous. I prepared the recipe using potatoes, but you can do without it.

Wash the meat, dry and cut into pieces. I took the beef, so cut it in small cubes to get soft at the end.
Onions purify and cut into small half-rings.
Fry the meat in the cauldron, then adding to it the chopped onion. Fry until the onion has softened.
Three on a coarse grater cucumber. Can I just chop.
Add into the cauldron the cucumbers. And also tomato paste, you can substitute ketchup, but it turns out a completely different taste.
Add in broth or water to cover meat, salt, pepper and let stew on low heat for 1-1,2 hours. I had beef, pork braised faster.
Clean the potato from the skin and cut it into strips.
In a separate pan fry it in vegetable oil until almost ready. In the cauldron with the stew and sauce your potatoes. Add chopped or passed through chesnokodavilku garlic and Bay leaf and add the missing salt to taste and spices. I'm from the spices used just a mix of five peppers. Gently mix everything together so that the potatoes fell apart, and stew until ready.
Serve hot as a separate dish. Bon appetit)
