Description
The recipe for this pie, I was exposed in 2008 as soon as I came on the website. And, of course, as most early recipes, it was without any pictures. This cake - version of a hearty lunch or dinner.

Cooking
First boil the rice until tender. And a little to cool it down. Make the dough: flour + pinch of salt + baking powder + milk + eggs + vegetable oil. Stir well until smooth.
Pickled pepper cut into small slices, olives - circles. This also added corn, rice.
Now combine our dough with a mass of rice + grated cheese. Mix well. Taste for flavor and if needed add salt.
The form for baking grease with oil and spread rice-vegetable weight. And bake for 45-50 minutes (but it's baking time in MY oven) at t somewhere 150-180°C. it All depends on the ovens.
Ready pie to cool down a bit.
Cut into pieces and served to the table. Very tasty with sour cream.
