Lamb in the oven
On the festive table you always want something new, beautiful and delicious. If You like mutton, I suggest You make thus a leg of lamb. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Celery leaf

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Leg of lamb, wash, dry with a towel. Make a few slits with a knife.

Put in a bowl the herbs, paprika, salt.

A mixture of herbs to mix, pour the sauce in the wok for frying. Mix well.

In the slot to put the marinade with the herbs.

Coat with marinade on all sides and leave for 30-60 minutes, turning a couple of times. The oven to turn on to warm up.

Then put the meat in the sleeve for baking, pierce it in two or three places at the top. Send in the oven. Bake 1 hour at 180 degrees, then 1 hour at 150 degrees.

Carefully cut into the sleeve and put the cooked meat on a dish.
