I love zucchini in any form, but especially love to cook them for this recipe, cottage cheese, what could be better, and olives give them a twist!!!

Cooking
Zucchini cut in half lengthwise. From each half with a spoon to remove part of the pulp, leaving the sides. The flesh is to be postponed, it will go into the stuffing.
In the bowl of a blender put curd, cheese, herbs and half the breadcrumbs. Also add 3 tbsp of soy sauce. Grind in pulse mode.
For the stuffing, add the flesh of the zucchini and again grind.
Add the olives and mix with a spoon.
Dump cottage cheese zucchini halves. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Put the zucchini in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. To serve garnish with herbs.
