Cake
A real pleasure for moist and airy chocolate base.

Ingredients

  • Starch

    0.333 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Orange juice

    2 cup

  • Mousse Apple

    200 g

  • The cake

    2 piece

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Marmalade

    100 g

Prepare the cake base: put the first cake (for me, they correspond in size 26 cm)

Carefully whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar with a mixer for 5-10 minutes.

In a saucepan boil the remaining juice. Reduce fire imposed starch mixture and stirring constantly, bring to a boil and thickening the mixture, continuing to simmer for 1 more minute.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, break the egg yolks vigorously until thick but do not boil! Add the butter
