Salad
In support of the theme Lights-Kote "Thursday - fish day!" In late April, bought a road several magazines and in one of them saw this recipe, it is called "Soft salad", I added green onions and the brine from the olives, and the recipe in the original =)) Try a light and tasty salad =))

Ingredients

  • Saira

    1 can

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Green olives

    0.5 can

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

PREPARATION: When did the photo, it was a can of sardines, because before that I couldn't buy a fish, but the day I went into the Pro shop and saw the Pacific saury in own juice, we can say - lucky, and that thought will have to be replaced=)))

Lettuce tear by hand.

Boil hard-boiled eggs (I used quail – 6 PCs). Saury removed from the banks. Dry and cut into pieces. The liquid from saury gladly drank my cats Mosana, at the same time and fed him.=)) Tomatoes and eggs cut into slices.

Toss the salad with the fish.

Add slices of tomato, olives, egg quarters, green onions.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Pepper. I added a bit of brine from olives - it gave a spicy flavor to the salad.

Arrange on a plate. Garnish with slices of egg, lemon, green onion, half the olives and parsley.
