Meat pies
Delicious, unusual meat pies, with a twist.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    750 g

  • Margarine

    375 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Veal

    800 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Of these ingredients knead the dough and put 1 hour in the refrigerator

Meat and onions skip through Mincer,season to taste,add the greens,garlic

Add brandy

And all mix well

The dough roll out the layer,cut out circles,lay them on the meat

Form the patties and lay them on a baking tray for baking

Brush with egg and place in preheated oven to 200C until Golden brown

That's it,the cakes were quite unusual,the dough is a bit crumbly and the cognac adds piquancy to the patties. BON APPETIT!!!
