Gefilte fish
This cold appetizer. There is a similar recipe from the Lights (Snezka), but mine is different and filling, and method of preparation.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    50 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

The ingredients of the filling. Eggs and cheese cut into plates. Onion and pepper strips.

Pepper fry in 1 tbsp oil until soft. Spread on top of onions.

Last put cheese. Close the second half and pressed well.

Spread out the foil, brush with remaining oil. Put the fish and tight its screw. Here are the candy we got. In the form pour a little water and put them in there. Put in oven at t= 180 for 40 min. make Sure that the water does not boil dry. Otherwise, the fish will czaritsa.
