Cooking
To prepare the filling. Chop the greens, garlic, pepper (on the meat grinder or blender) and a little salt.
Then wash tomatoes and cut in half until the end. Stuff each tomato.
Prepare the brine. In the water add salt and sugar and boil. Then remove from heat and add vinegar. Tomatoes put in the pot and pour the hot brine, put the yoke in a warm place for 2-3days.
After 3 days put the tomatoes in the fridge. Bon appetit.
