Some time I like to cook scrambled eggs in the oven and each time with different toppings, it turns out very tasty and not corny. This is one of my favorite versions - it's great for afternoon tea or dinner.

Cooking
Fish cut into small pieces. Fit any marine fish, I have congrio.
Spinach (if frozen) defrost and shred, finely chop the onion, too.
Fish, onion and spinach spread in a dish, add pepper, eggs and soy sauce. Stir with a fork.
Enter the milk and stir again.
Molds lightly greased with oil. Pour the omelet, but to the shapers left the place. Put in a preheated 180 C oven for 25-30 minutes.
