Fried eggplant with sauce
Very simple, easy to prepare, and affordable dish!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Potato starch

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

Starch dilute with water, add soy sauce (I used Kikkoman TM), finely chopped onion, ginger and mix well.

Eggplant cut into cubes (optional to peel). Garlic RUB on a small grater, or skip through the press. Eggplant and season with salt and fry in vegetable oil (on medium heat).

When the eggplants are ready, add the prepared sauce and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the stove, add the garlic and stir.
