Meat on a potato pillow
The meat turns out very tender and flavorful. And potatoes - simply yum!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Juice

    1 tsp

Cooking time is given without time marinating meat and roasting in the oven. The meat (I had pork chops) cut into chunks across the grain. Lightly beat off from two sides.

Prepare marinade: Mix liquid honey and mustard.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman".
