Beat the cream cheese with one Cup of powdered sugar.
Gradually add the powdered sugar to the masses, it was possible to roll into balls. It took me a little more than half of the specified amount of powder. Add food colouring (I mixed blue and green to get a mint shade), extract (I had essence - you need less!) and knead well.
On baking paper put the balls of sugar.

Prepare the chocolate filling. Bring to boil the cream (fat is not basic) and drop them in the chopped chocolate until it dissolves. Cool. Put in the refrigerator, so that the mixture slightly thickens.
Fill a pastry bag or a bag and squeeze chocolate into the recess of candy.
Arrange on plates or trays and send the candy in the refrigerator.
