Pie with Apple sauce and protein-fruit cream
Apple cake with protein cream being prepared quite easily, and the result is tender, delicious and airy. Pie cooked in multivarka Stadler Form.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Potato starch

    2 tsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare applesauce. Apples clear from the skin, remove the core,

cut into slices, sprinkle them with sugar,

And grind in a blender. Put on the stove, add 50 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Starch dilute 50 ml of water and a thin stream to enter into the Apple mass. Cook until thick mixture. When ready the Apple mixture to cool.

For the dough mix butter, egg yolks, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, sifted flour, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt.

Knead soft, elastic dough.

In multivarki greased form put the dough, to make bumpers. Pierce the dough with a fork.

Spread on dough Apple mass, you can add berries

And bake the cake in the "baking" until tender.

The finished pie to cool and serve. You can decorate the cake with protein cream.

To prepare the cream, take gelatin add water (1:6) and mix. Whites with a small pinch of salt, whisk in a separate bowl until thick fluffy mass. Jam, marmalade or preserves lightly warm and grind through a sieve. Then the fruit mass, mix with sugar and put on fire. Simmer for 5 minutes and then mix it with a gelatin solution. Pour this mixture to proteins, continuing to whisk them to a peak.
