Beet salad with mushrooms and almonds
Easy, but at the same time, a hearty salad of boiled beets with mushrooms and almonds. Unpretentious and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Almonds

    60 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions and garlic chop and fry in vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp).

Add chopped slices mushrooms, prisolit that the mushrooms let the juice and fry until the mushrooms acquire a Golden hue. Sauteed mushrooms remove from heat and cool.

Boiled beets clean and cut. The pieces should be about the same as mushrooms. Fill the beets with a mixture of salt, pepper, horseradish, mustard, vinegar and vegetable oil (1 tbsp).

Lettuce to break it.

Almonds lightly crushed with a knife, the pieces need to be quite large.

Mix lettuce, beets, mushrooms and almonds.
