Asked my daughter to make cutlets. I looked, and mince a little left, even to the chops is not enough. Had something wise. And what came of it, see for yourself. I can say one thing - my family is unusual cookies very much. Especially excited was my daughter. And this is most important!

Cooking
Take the minced meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and add the large egg or 2 small.
Add the broth...
and melted plums. oil.
Knead well...
and add chopped onion (I rubbed it on the smallest grater).
Add the sifted flour.
And knead a soft dough. The dough should not stick to your hands.
Roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut glass circles.
A baking tray or a grid covered with parchment. On the parchment lay out circles of dough.
Bake in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 13 minutes.
