Winter raspberries in chocolate
If harvested jam in the New year, the most extraordinary! Suppose that you equally like and raspberries, and chocolate, so why not combine?! Try a "Raspberry chocolate" as a sauce for ice cream, pancakes, cheese, cereals and toast! Happy New old year!!!

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Cooking

Put in the pan frozen raspberries, add the powdered sugar and the juice of 1 lemon.

Bring to boil and boil on low heat, stirring occasionally, five minutes. Chocolate chop and add to the raspberries. Bring to the boil and leave to cool.

Pour into a sterilized glass jar (for storage in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks) or in another bowl.

Use as a sauce for ice cream, cottage cheese, pancakes or toast! You can do with white, and with milk and bitter (as the picture) chocolate.
