Peasant paella
What is good for the Spaniard, the Russian is death. So I thought, when I reviewed numerous recipes Pali. All that can be cut - it is better to prepare in advance. With tomatoes remove peel and cut into cubes. Chicken cut into small pieces. Shrimp boil and clean. Parsley finely chopped. Onion and garlic finely chop. Sausages cut into thin slices. Ideally, it should be pepperoni. If not, then take the other, but good, as their flavor will dominate. I took smoked sausage. Further, the problem of one - to drive home from the prepared and chopped ingredients.

Rice is also preparing in advance. I chose the "Italica" white round grain from "Mistral". It is ideal for Mediterranean cuisine, wonderful absorbs the flavors of foods while cooking.

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until Golden brown. It will take 15-20 minutes.
