A very delicate dessert consisting of two layers: chocolate and coconut, with a light chocolate touch and a pleasant surprise inside will surprise you with its taste You and Your guests. I think it is, a lighter version of dessert could not be suitable for a holiday feast.

Cooking
The cottage cheese with the eggs to break the blender to grains.

Ramekin (you can take muffin tins) grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. First, spread chocolate and top with coconut. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
Soak gelatine in a little water, give to swell. Milk to heat, but not boil. Add chocolate, sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly. Gelatin dissolve in a water bath and pour in the milk-chocolate mixture, mix and allow to cool slightly.
In the middle of dessert cottage cheese to make a "hole" (but not completely).
In "the hole" to pour milk chocolate mixture and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours. Surprisingly, after cooling, the curd component is almost not felt. Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle with coconut.
